Shipping / Returns FAQ
When we have all of the items of your order in stock, we will process it for shipment immediately. Please note most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving our warehouse. If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued, as well as a confirmation email explaining the reason for the refund. You may receive a shipping notification before your order actually leaves our warehouse, as this message is sent automatically as soon as a shipping label is created.
Pre-ordered items ship slightly before or on their release dates. If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together. If you want to buy in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order, the in-stock items will only ship immediately if placed on a separate order.
A Note About USPS Shipping
When selecting your shipping method, please note that the USPS does NOT guarantee the delivery times for any service they offer (including Priority). The USPS does estimate typical delivery times of 2-8 business days for Media Mail, and most orders shipped with this service do arrive close to that window. However, we have seen many instances where we give USPS packages to the local post office here in Brooklyn, NY, and do not see the first scan on the package for up to 2 weeks. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we discourage you from choosing Media Mail or First Class service to ship your order. For faster transit times, you can select Priority Mail, and for guaranteed delivery times you can select UPS.
If you are waiting for an order to arrive that is not shipping with Express service, please allow 2 weeks to pass before contacting us for US orders, and 4 weeks for international orders. There are a number of factors that contribute to transit times, most of which are out of our control once an order is given to the carrier.
DHL International Shipping
For International orders, we now offer DHL International as an alternative to USPS. The rates are considerably cheaper with similar transit times and higher quality tracking. The DHL service we use, DHL eCommerce, uses DHL as a carrier until it reaches the destination city. Once in the destination, it transfers the package to your local post office, who handles the delivery. Please note that we do not currently offer DHL Express shipping at this time.
If you are placing an order and need it by a specific date, feel free to email us so we can let you know what options are available. While most orders take 2-5 business days to process, we can move orders with Express shipping to the front of the queue by special request in most instances.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already left our facility, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. In some instances, we are unable to refund shipping costs for canceled orders if too much time has elapsed. Please email store@omnianmusicgroup.
In general, we always try to have a pre-order shipped ahead of the release date. Unfortunately, delays in manufacturing and shipping can sometimes cause pre-orders to arrive late to our warehouse. If you placed a pre-order and have not received a shipping confirmation by the release date, feel free to contact us for an update.
Omnian Music Group offers a number of different service options from USPS, UPS and DHL eCommerce (international only) to ship your order. The prices for these options are available upon checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.
*Please note that if you want your order sent to a PO Box address, you must select a USPS service. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, as they require a physical address for delivery.
Omnian Music Group accepts returns ONLY for items that are defective or incorrect. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, or you are missing merchandise, please email store@omnianmusicgroup.
*Please note that we keep our records in a climate-controlled area. However, changes in weather in transit can result in records arriving with slight warping. Often, this does not effect the play of the record. If you have a record that has slight warping, please test it for playability before contacting us.
