These are demo tracks from the period after Galaxie 500 broke up, recorded at Wharton Tiers’ Fun City Studios in New York City, featuring Dean Wareham accompanied by drummer Jimy Chambers (Mercury Rev) and, on ‘I Can’t Wait’ by Hamish Kilgour of The Clean.
Later versions of the songs appear on Luna’s Lunapark album. Engineered and mixed by Wharton Tiers at Fun City. Mastered by Michael Lavine. Vinyl-artwork design by Joana Corker. Dean Wareham played all instruments except drums by Jimy Chambers on Tracks 1, 3, 4, 5 and Hamish Kilgour on Track 2.
